My name is Kathy Prohoroff and I’m excited to have you on this journey with me. Most likely you have some big goals and dreams but you’re not sure just how to reach them all.
Maybe you get frustrated with your less than stellar results or you see other people achieving their goals in life and you’re left waiting, wondering and still wishing for those dreams to come true.
You know that it’s possible to achieve all the amazing things and chances are you’ve achieved some pretty amazing things before. So what gives? Why do we get stuck? And how long does this waiting process take?
Let me introduce you to shifting into the mindset of a successful YOU today.
Starting at the tender age of 11 and lasting for many years of life, I felt fat and hated my body. I would radically change my diet, switching from restricting calories and drinking coffee or tea to Weight Watchers to exercising for hours.
I continued to struggle with my weight and with foods until I realized that it was never really even about the food. I started to understand that my unhealthy relationship with food was caused by my internal self loathing and depression. The problem wasn’t food. It was, at my core, that I truly believed I was not worthy of achieving anything worthwhile.
Not everyone struggles with food in particular, but everybody has the ‘if…then’ mentality about some aspect of their life. It is a human dilemma that stems from our inability to remain in the present moment.
So, the question became 'how do we move from fixing ourselves to finding ourselves?'
Here's the thing: We don't create, live and maintain worth-while lives by accident.
My story has guided me to share the steps that have allowed me to enjoy my long lasting results and I'm here to give it all away.
I’m not sure what your journey has been like, but it’s safe to say you’ve earned your place here.
I believe you were sent here for a bigger reason.
I believe you have goals and dreams that were set upon your heart for a reason bigger than you and me.
